D’s Fri 3.29 meals and pizza night!


Late breakfast – one hard-boiled egg, baby spinach leaves, tomato tossed in Trader Joe’s Champagne Vinaigrette


Lunch – tuna salad (wild caught albacore white found at Whole Foods), chopped onions, chopped celery mixed with mayo) on top of red leaf lettuce and kale; topped with pumpkin seeds and 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Greek Feta Dressing


Mid afternoon snack – Trader Joe’s cocktail pups with spicy mustard, celery spread with a mixture of Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese and Trader Joe’s Mild Fresh Salsa


Dinner – eggplant pizza (recipe here) with broccoli sprinkled with balsamic vinegar; “wine” is sparkling La Croix water
