Tuesday and Wednesday (4/2 and 4/3) No exercise – I’m not giving up on this and will get in the habit of exercising!
Monday 4/1 – no exercise – starting to feel the leg muscles react to the run/walk yesterday
Sunday 3/31: Walked two dogs less than a mile – older dog had a slight limp – took her home and went back out with younger dog for a run/walk as a first step to my tri training – ran 30-60 seconds, walked 30-60 seconds for about 1.2 miles. I’ve been researching traning more intensely(interval or sprints) instead of logging in slow, methodical sessions.
Saturday 3/30: Walked two rounds of dogs – about 3 miles total.
