D’s been diligent in stating her exercise for each day when she does her meals.
I have not been as diligent – why? Because I have been a slacker in the exercise department – working with weights once a week and walking a dog two or three times a week is definitely not what it takes to get me the healthy, firm body I want.
I also realize that taking pictures of, and reporting on, my food consumption on this blog has led to me making better choices and staying on track.
So, as it is the same for all things that succeed when given attention and focus, I’ve decided to also log in my exercise.
