Good Food Made Simple 100% Steel Cut Oats

I found these in the frozen section of Whole Foods. They are SO easy to fix – two servings wrapped per box. I microwaved one serving and it ended up being enough for two meals which adds up to about 15 carbs.

You can eat them as you would oatmeal, a little honey or blackstrap molasses (which will add more carbs) OR add a pat of butter and they taste just like grits!
