Cowgirl Ranch Chicken in a Crockpot

Put chicken in a crockpot. The original recipe calls for chicken legs but I think you can really use any chicken parts. (I cut up two organic chicken breasts.)

Add 1/2 cup Annie’s Cowgirl Ranch Dressing

Cook on low 4 to 5 hours. That’s it! But you can add other things too. I added organic mushrooms and onions.

  1. I found it at Whole Foods! If you can’t find it, I’ll add it to your salad dressing list with the ones I’m getting you from Trader Joe’s.

  2. Is the Annie’s dressing very different from other ranch dressings? This sounds like the perfect recipe – easy and great tasting!

  3. Probably not, it’s just the one that the site recommends – maybe because it doesn’t have sugar or anything but I think any good quality ranch will work. The recipe on the site also recommended using chicken legs and making up a bunch at a time to have as tasty snacks throughout the week.
