P’s Mon. 5.27 meals

Total carbs today were on target: Total 20.4.

Exercise: 50 minutes one-dog hike medium-easy trail


Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, with 1 oz melted cheddar cheese, salsa and a few dollops of sour cream


Lunch: Left over burger with 1 oz Fontina cheese melted on it and 1 TBS Maries Blue Cheese for dipping. (Forgot picture)

Snack: 1 cup cherry tomatoes and 1 Applegate hotdog with 1 oz melted Fontina Cheese.


Dinner: Grilled tri-tip; asparagus; and salad greens made of arugula and Romaine mixed with Jane’s Crazy Mixed Up Salt, 1 TBS red wine vinegar and 1 TBS olive oil – really good easy salad:
