D’s Tues 5.28 meals


I didn’t get hungry today until almost lunch time – I had a great green salad with iceberg, romaine lettuces, kale and baby bok choy with Annie’s Cowgirl Ranch Dressing. Hidden under some cole slaw, 1 tbsp ketchup and some mustard is a Trader Joe’s grass-fed hamburger patty.


Dinner was simple but really delicious. Sauteed cabbage, onions, red pepper and broccoli sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and wild-caught scallops from Whole Foods with a tbsp of Trader Joe’s Seafood Sauce.

Snack: ham and pepperoni slices with 1 ounce french raw milk cheese wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf, mustard and horseradish for dipping and before bed, a cinnamon chocolate drink

Exercise: 45 minutes of swimming – about 30 minutes of exercise and 15 of mild kicking and floating around
