D’s Wed 5.29 and Thurs 5.30 meals

Wow, like P, I’ve had a crazy busy week – here are my meals/exercise for the last two days –


Wed Breakfast – two Applegate turkey sausages, one scrambled egg with red pepper, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, 1 oz cheddar cheese, tbsp of Annie’s Cowgirl Ranch Dressing

Went to lunch with a client – had a stuffed tomato with turkey salad, lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette dressing


Dinner – my son and his girlfriend stopped by so we ordered out from Marlow’s Tavern. I had a great salad with assorted lettuces, red onions, steak tips, gorgonzola dressing


Thursday breakfast – deli ham withe cream cheese and salsa, 1/2 banana

Wed snacks – none

Wed exercise – none


Lunch – romaine, green leaf lettuces, baby bok choy, celery, radish, 4 baby carrots, pumpkin seeds, Wild Planet canned tuna and leftover dressing from dinner last night


Dinner – yummy, yummy Eggplant Pizzas

Snacks – three Rotisserie chicken legs from Fresh Market

Exercise – three mile walk

    Way to go on sticking with it ! It seems to be getting easier – don’t you think?
