P’s Friday 6.28 and Saturday 6.29 meals


No Exercise.

Meal #1: Two hardboiled eggs

Meal #2 – 1 Applegate Hotdog with melted American Cheese


Meal #3 – Lunch Meeting – Ordered a chopped cobb salad with chicken and ranch dressing – it looked and tasted very good!


Meal #4 – Super Scrumptious Chicken Soup. (Forgot to take picture).



Tri-training: 30 minutes – 4 minutes warm-up walk, then alternate run 1 minute, walk 2 minutes.

Push-up training.

3 sets sit-ups.

Meal #1: Protein drink after tri training – 1 scoop protein powder (1 carb) with about 4-6 oz cold water.

Meal #2: I was at a baby shower.  They, of course, had lots of stuff I chose to eat, and many items I chose not to eat (cupcakes, candy).  They had croissant sandwiches cut in half, so I put one on my plate with other items, then discretely threw away the croissant part:  What was left was  a little stack of turkey with provolone cheese (RH corner of plate) – I started to eat it before taking a picture.



Snack #1:  About 1-2 oz Boar’s Head Pepperoni and about 1.5 oz Boar’s Head Yellow Vermont Cheddar, with Trader Joe’s Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce:


Meal #3: Sautéed Veggies with Pepperoni: (carrots, Harricot Green Beans, onions, mini-bell peppers).
