When you are trying to lose weight and get to a plateau, it is really frustrating! Actually, I wasn’t even sure that such a thing existed although I’ve read plenty of articles and forums where people say they do and they experienced them. When it comes to weight loss, what works and what doesn’t – well what you read on the internet is all over the place so it’s hard to know what is true and what is not!
If you look at this chart, you can clearly see two plateaus, each lasting about the same time. (The very first long line is from before we started.) This is going to be extremely helpful for me next time I hit a plateau because I can see about how long it will last. My lesson here will be not give up, get frustrated and quit but indeed, power though!
