Since reaching my goal a few weeks ago, I’ve stayed on the plan without even thinking about it and have realized that I truly have changed the way I think about food and eating. I am moving more and more to a simple whole foods plan – real food, not processed, organic and grass-fed meats, veggies and fruits. I can see such a difference in my entire physical and emotional self and I am committed to NEVER going back to my old way of eating. So what’s next? Well, I’ve got another and final 10 pounds to lose which of course, I want to do. And I am becoming increasingly interested in applying P and my “what if?” strategy to exercise. I’ve never been much of an athlete or even, for that matter, felt physically strong in terms of muscles. But I’m up for the challenge. P is coming this weekend for the wedding that started this entire journey’s goals and we will talk about this next phase of the blog. I’ll start this week by asking myself, “What would happen if I made my four mile walk THE priority every day this coming week and not the first thing I often give up on a busy work day?” Ok, I’ll try it – as P and I have learned, we can do anything for one week.
