I love these shakes as a breakfast drink or an after-dinner dessert. It also works wells as a pre or post workout snack.
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream flavored Lean Pro Matrix,
4-5 frozen strawberries (you can also add blueberries)
1 – 2 tsp Truvia
about 1/2 to 2/3 cups cold water
1/2 to 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt (NOT low-fat or no fat)
Put the strawberries in a large plastic cup and microwave for 30 seconds to slightly thaw out the strawberries.
Add the water, Truvia, protein powder, and yogurt and mix with hand emulsifier until smooth.
