I’m happy to report that I am at the end of the second day of my recommitment to staying on plan!
Morning snack: 1 slice Trader Joe’s Organic American Cheese (forgot to take picture)
Lunch: Left overs from vegetable tray (from event my office hosted on Friday – I should have eaten off this tray Friday instead of all the chocolate, chips and pizza I ate):
Afternoon snack: 2-3 OZ cheddar cheese – forgot to take picture.
Dinner: Awesome pan fried burger with caramelized onions and broiled cheddar cheese – so juicy I did not need catsup! (Plus, 1 Stella Beer – not pictured):
