Things are going great on plan – here are the pictures for the last few days – I forgot to take some, and I’ll write more later – it’s been a busy week!
Quiche for breakfast;
Lunch was a 1/2 cobb salad from Panera’s while I held I training session for a client.
Snacks were about 1 1/2 oz od Macadamias and 2 oz cashews.
Dinner was awesome chicken tenders made by my husband with parmesan cream sauce and mushrooms with a side of steamed broccoli:
