P’s Friday 2.7 Weigh Day – Yay – Moving in the right direction – 15 pounds gone again!

I’ve been afraid to step on the scale because, the last time I did and posted it (1/10) ,I had gained back 12 of what I had lost, making me only 12 pounds lighter than when we started.

Since then, I weighed myself a couple of weeks ago and had gained another 2-3, making it only 10 or 11 pounds lost since we started.

I was off-again-on-again as to eating right for a couple of weeks, and then, last Saturday – climbed back aboard the fat-loss train and am happy to say that, this morning, the scale showed I am now at 15 pounds lost!

Stocking up on the right foods and making myself cook again was the essential factor in getting me back on track!
