P’s Monday 2/17 Meals

I got through today without much trouble.  No breakfast, but a good salad for lunch – romaine, cherry toms, mini bell peppers, green ripe olives, cuke, shredded turkey, and Big Blue blue cheese dressing.



Snack was about 1 1/2 oz of macadamia nuts with my coffee.

Dinner was slow cooked pork shoulder with Franks hot sauce sprinkled on and mix of sautéed mini peppers and red onion – it made for a really good meal!
