Three days into this new round of commitment and so far so good!
Sunday weigh-in: 143.1 – So, how can someone loose 2 pounds in one day? Obviously, our weight depends on a lot more than calories in and calories out!
Monday weigh-in: 142.8 – Another day with weight decrease – it will be interesting to see what happens each day this week!
Spinach with Feta, but I also sautéed slices baby bell peppers first, and it was really good!
Snack was coffee and 1 oz pecans:

For dinner, my husband made Tri-Tip Stroganoff - great as usual!

Dinner: Chili made with 2 lbs ground beef, one onion, 2 cans tomato sauce and 1/2 packet Trader Joe’s taco seasoning. Adorned with cheddar, sour cream and a few sliced greed ripe olives:
1.2 grapefruit for dessert:
