I hope they NEVER stop making this light, crisp, relatively large cracker that has only 4 grams of carbs. It is a great addition to a low-carb way of eating.
It is gluten free and actually tastes good, but does not have a distinct flavor so will do well with a variety of toppings from cheese spreads to peanut butter (though I’ve not tried it with peanut butter yet).
I can’t wait to try it with tuna salad! One cracker is big enough to hold a mound of tuna salad to make it fit for lunch or a light dinner!
