So glad it’s Saturday!
So NOT glad I weigh 145.7.
We’ve been super busy at work. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I worked until very late – actually 2:30 a.m. Thursday night getting ready for a big presentation Friday.
I munched and munched and munched – both good stuff I prepared like fresh cut-up veggies and pot roast to bad stuff like a variety of crackers, pretzels, granola bars, flavored yogurts, and on and on.
I DID swim Tuesday evening for 30 minutes, so I got in three tri work outs this past week, one bike, one run/walk, one swim.
The local Tri Club has a meeting tomorrow afternoon where two professional triathletes are the guest speakers, so I am really looking forward to that.
Plus, I’ve discovered that the Tri Club has swim lessons for beginners to learn proper techniques Monday and Wednesday nights! For only $5 per session, this may be the best choice for me – an extremely affordable swim coach!
I am concentrating this weekend on really getting my head back in this game by setting myself up for success with my food, my training plan and office work plan.
So many people out there have “found the time” to have it all and now it’s my turn!
