I’m not sure why I keep thinking that a “few” grains and sugary items each day is “OK”, because it’s not – at least not for me.
So, I am implementing photo-food journaling again, because that truly is what helps me stay focused on good things to eat.
Here are my meals for the day after Thanksgiving:
2 scrambled eggs with salsa and sour cream:
Plate of Jilz Crackers (grain free and awesome) with mozzarella slices and kalamata olive spread:
Taco meat salad with grated cheddar, salsa and sour cream:
Later I had a small glass of port wine.
Went to bed feeling just fine!
